Waking the Sleeping Phoenix in Human Design
Ra Uru Hu was very clear about this. The end of the current age takes place in February 2027. He didn’t give an exact date, but everything in human design is exact. It’s what gives it its extraordinary detail.
The age that begins in February 2027 is called the “Age of the Sleeping Phoenix”, and its theme is “Here I am, surviving now.” To know what this means, we must first look into the cycle of Incarnation Crosses.
The cycle of the crosses
The information that is the basis of all human design was given to Ra Uru Hu in his encounter with the voice while living as a hermit in the ruins of an abandoned house on the island of Ibiza, described by him in the video “Encounter with the Voice”
Within the information he was given was the understanding that every 402.68 years, the Precessional point in the precession of the equinoxes moves into a new gate in the cycle of 64 gates of the Rave I Ching. Ra gives February 2027 for the precession into Gate 55 (Abundance) which is 5°45'00" Pisces.
So the next great change in this cycle of the ages comes in February 2027.
What are the incarnation crosses?
There are 192 incarnation crosses. Each of us has an incarnation cross defined by the positions of the Sun and Earth on the 64 gate cycle at our moment if birth. As the Sun and Earth positions are opposite each other on our human design chart, that gives 2 arms of the cross. The other 2 arms are given as 88° before birth, which is defined in human design as the point of the descent of the soul into the body. This gives a total of 4 positions that form a cross, but not a perfect cross because of the 88°.

Your challenge is to ride this wave and find solace in the half-full glasses along the way. You are learning much about the process and quality of emotions and have the gift to teach this to others.”
“The energy you carry is about being busy. It doesn't matter what you are doing, you just know that being busy is what you need to be. There is a strong degree of individualism in this energy and from that you can derive strength or aloneness, joy or melancholy. You can be busy and be happy or be busy with your sadness. Finding the happiness is up to you.”
These keynotes give us some insight into the themes that will help us navigate the change as we move into the Age of tbe Sleeping Phoenix. Whether you enter it with a sense of fear and foreboding as the structures of the old fall away, or with a renewed energy and the strength and determination to survive, is up to you.
